The Mora Rangers/Rangerettes basketball team (Mora, NM), was nudged 44-37 in Saturday's league battle with the host McCurdy Bobcats (Espanola, NM)
The Bobcats now possess a 12-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Questa for a 2A District 5 battle on Monday, February 13. McCurdy will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 58-25 league loss to Mesa Vista (Ojo Caliente, NM). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-21.
The Rangers/Rangerettes (11-12) will now prepare for their battle against Questa (Questa, NM). The Wildcats come into the 2A District 5 battle with a 2-22 record. In their last battle, Questa was nudged by McCurdy (Espanola, NM), 34-14, in a league battle.
