The Reserve Mountaineers basketball team (Reserve, NM), was overwhelmed 43-19 in Saturday's league battle with the host Quemado Eagles (Quemado, NM)
The Eagles now possess a 11-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Animas for a A District 2 battle on Monday, February 13. Quemado will confront a Panthers team coming off a 81-24 league loss to Magdalena (Magdalena, NM). The Panthers record now stands at 6-16.
The Mountaineers (4-19) will now prepare for their battle against Mesilla Valley Christian School (Las Cruces, NM). The SonBlazers come into the A District 2 battle with a 11-9 record.
