Nebraska High School Basketball - Millard South crushes Lincoln Southwest

Millard South Patriots (Omaha, NE) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Lincoln Southwest Silver Hawks (Lincoln, NE), 69-42 in a league bout.
With the win, Millard South upgrades its record to 20-2 on the season. The Patriots host Marian (Omaha, NE) to play the Crusaders in a A District TBD bout on Friday, February 17. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 10-11. Marian won 70-53 in their recent non-league bout against Benson (Omaha, NE)
Next up, the Silver Hawks play the Millard North Mustangs (Omaha, NE) in a A District TBD bout, on Tuesday, February 14. Lincoln Southwest will attempt to upgrade on its 11-9 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 18-2 record after their 71-39 league win over Papillion-LaVista South (Papillion, NE).
