Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the The Pingry School Big Blue (Martinsville, NJ) and the visiting Somerville Pioneers (Somerville, NJ), saw The Pingry School's basketball squad knock off Somerville by a count of 54-34.

With the victory, The Pingry School upgrades its record to 12-10 on the campaign. The Big Blue travel to Immaculata (Somerville, NJ) to play the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 17. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 11-13. Immaculata lost 43-21 in their recent non-league challenge against Franklin (Somerset, NJ)

Next up, the Pioneers play the South Hunterdon Eagles (Lambertville, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 16. Somerville will attempt to upgrade on its 12-10 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 11-8 record after their 54-31 non-league loss to Dayton (Springfield, NJ).
