North Carolina High School Basketball - Ascend Leadership succumbs to Triangle Math & Science

The Triangle Math & Science Tigers defeated the visiting Ascend Leadership Aviators basketball squad by a final score of 52-44 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Clover Garden School Grizzlies (Burlington, NC) in a 1A Central Tar Heel outing, on Thursday, February 13. Triangle Math & Science will attempt to upgrade on its 6-16 season record. The Grizzlies come into the outing with a 8-13 record after their 63-40 league loss to Woods Charter (Chapel Hill, NC).

The Aviators (4-15) will now prepare for their outing against Chatham Charter (Siler City, NC). The Knights come into the 1A Central Tar Heel outing with a 16-9 record. In their last outing, Chatham Charter went down by Southern Wake Academy (Holly Springs, NC), 72-36, in a league outing.
