The Piedmont Classical Bobcats basketball squad (Browns Summit, NC), was outscored 61-43 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Bishop McGuinness Villains (Kernersville, NC)
With the victory, Bishop McGuinness advances its record to 21-2 on the year. The Villains host Bethany Community (Summerfield, NC) to meet the Wolves in a 1A Northwest Piedmont battle on Monday, February 17. The Wolves enter the battle with a record of 6-24.
The Bobcats now own a 8-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cornerstone Charter for a 1A Northwest Piedmont battle on Wednesday, February 12. Piedmont Classical will meet a Cardinals squad coming off a 81-36 league loss to Winston-Salem Prep (Winston-Salem, NC). The Cardinals record now stands at 12-11.
