Kansas High School Basketball - Valley Center succumbs to Hutchinson

The Hutchinson Salthawks defeated the host Valley Center Hornets basketball squad by a final score of 60-47 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Salthawks clash with the Derby Panthers (Derby, KS) in a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail I outing, on Friday, February 14. Hutchinson will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Panthers come into the outing with a 16-0 record after their 89-50 league win over Haysville Campus (Wichita, KS).

The Hornets (9-7) will now prepare for their outing against Maize (Maize, KS). The Eagles come into the Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail I outing with a 11-5 record. In their last outing, Maize overcame South (Salina, KS), 81-39, in a league outing.
