The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Lewiston-Altura Cardinals (Lewiston, MN) and the visiting Wabasha-Kellogg Falcons (Wabasha, MN), observed Lewiston-Altura's basketball team overwhelm Wabasha-Kellogg by a margin of 97-59.

The Cardinals (16-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Chatfield (Chatfield, MN). The Gophers come into the AA Section 1 challenge with a 11-14 record. In their last challenge, Chatfield trounced Plainview-Elgin-Millville (Elgin, MN), 59-57, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Schaeffer Academy Lions (Rochester, MN) in a A Section 1 challenge, on Thursday, February 13. Wabasha-Kellogg will attempt to better on its 5-17 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 10-12 record after their 97-46 league loss to Rushford-Peterson (Rushford, MN).
