Oregon High School Basketball - Sutherlin knocks off South Umpqua

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Sutherlin Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 65-54 win over the South Umpqua Lancers.
The Bulldogs (14-7) will now prepare for their contest against Douglas (Winston, OR). The Trojans come into the 3A Far West contest with a 11-10 record. In their last contest, Douglas defeated Glide (Glide, OR), 46-18, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Lancers battle the Siuslaw Vikings (Florence, OR) in a 3A Far West contest, on Friday, February 14. South Umpqua will attempt to better on its 10-10 season record. The Vikings come into the contest with a 16-6 record after their 52-28 league win over Coquille (Coquille, OR).
