The Apollo Hawks basketball team scored 46 points and limited the host Shadow Ridge Stallions to 36 in the Hawks league triumph on Tuesday.

The Hawks now possess a 9-8 record. They play next when they host Camelback for a non-league game on Wednesday, February 12. Apollo will confront a Spartans team coming off a 53-24 league win over Maryvale (Phoenix, AZ). The Spartans record now stands at 5-18.

With the loss, Shadow Ridge falls to 10-11 on the campaign. The Stallions travel to Valley Vista (Surprise, AZ) to confront the Monsoon in a 6A West Valley game on Wednesday, February 12. The Monsoon go into the game with a record of 16-7. Valley Vista won 70-24 in their recent league game against West Point (Avondale, AZ)
