Oregon High School Basketball - Heppner knocks off Grant Union

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Heppner Mustangs basketball team scored a good 56-39 win over the Grant Union Prospectors.
The Mustangs (14-6) will now prepare for their contest against Irrigon (Irrigon, OR). The Knights come into the 2A Blue Mountain contest with a 3-21 record. In their last contest, Irrigon dropped by Stanfield (Stanfield, OR), 57-27, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Prospectors battle the Weston-McEwen TigerScots (Athena, OR) in a 2A Blue Mountain contest, on Friday, February 14. Grant Union will attempt to better on its 10-16 season record. The TigerScots come into the contest with a 19-5 record after their 51-41 league loss to Heppner (Heppner, OR).
