Nebraska High School Basketball - Norfolk overwhelmed by Kearney

In Tuesday's non-league test, the Kearney Bearcats (Kearney, NE) basketball squad trounced the host Norfolk Panthers (Norfolk, NE), by a score of 65-43.

Next, the Bearcats clash with the Benson Bunnies (Omaha, NE) in a non-league test, on Friday, February 14. Kearney will attempt to improve on its 15-3 season record. The Bunnies come into the test with a 6-14 record after their 76-48 league loss to Papillion-LaVista (Papillion, NE).

The Panthers (6-14) will now prepare for their test against Burke (Omaha, NE). The Bulldogs come into the non-league test with a 1-18 record. In their last test, Burke was routed by Columbus (Columbus, NE), 49-19, in a non-league test.
