The St. Pius X Sartans bounced the host Grants Pirates basketball squad by a final score of 64-40 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

Next, the Sartans face the Valencia Jaguars (Los Lunas, NM) in a non-league outing, on Friday, February 14. St. Pius X will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record.

The Pirates (7-6) will now prepare for their outing against Highland (Albuquerque, NM). The Hornets enter the non-league outing with a 17-0 record. In their last outing, Highland routed Belen (Belen, NM), 65-29, in a non-league outing.
