Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Airport Jets (Carleton, MI) and the visiting Jefferson Bears (Monroe, MI), saw Airport's basketball squad knock off Jefferson by a count of 45-32.

With the victory, Airport upgrades its record to 11-6 on the campaign. The Jets travel to Grosse Ile (Grosse Ile, MI) to play the Red Devils in a Huron challenge on Thursday, February 15. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a record of 10-8. Grosse Ile lost 51-29 in their recent league challenge against Flat Rock (Flat Rock, MI)

Next up, the Bears play the Riverview Pirates (Riverview, MI) in a Huron challenge, on Thursday, February 15. Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 4-16 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 14-3 record after their 56-29 league win over Huron (New Boston, MI).
