Airport Jets (Carleton, MI) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Jefferson Bears (Monroe, MI), 41-22 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Airport upgrades its record to 15-8 on the season. The Jets travel to Grosse Ile (Grosse Ile, MI) to play the Red Devils in a Huron bout on Friday, March 8. The Red Devils go into the bout with a record of 14-10. Grosse Ile won 36-34 in their recent non-league bout against Flat Rock (Flat Rock, MI)
