North Carolina High School Basketball - Patton routs Chase

February 12, 2025: Forest City, NC 28043

In Wednesday's league contest, the visiting Patton Panthers basketball team scored a big 85-33 triumph over the Chase Trojans.

The Panthers (9-14) will now prepare for their contest against Hendersonville (Hendersonville, NC). The Bearcats go into the 1A/2A Mountain Foothills 7 contest with a 16-7 record. In their last contest, Hendersonville was trounced by Brevard (Brevard, NC), 65-58, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Trojans battle the R-S Central Hilltoppers (Rutherfordton, NC) in a 1A/2A Mountain Foothills 7 contest, on Friday, February 14. Chase will attempt to better on its 1-22 season record. The Hilltoppers go into the contest with a 12-9 record after their 69-67 league loss to East Rutherford (Forest City, NC).
