Cimarron Rams (Cimarron, NM) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Wagon Mound Trojans (Wagon Mound, NM), 83-31 in a league bout.

With the win, Cimarron upgrades its record to 16-5 on the season. The Rams travel to Springer (Springer, NM) to play the Red Devils in a A District 5 bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Red Devils go into the bout with a record of 9-12. Springer lost 87-46 in their recent league bout against Maxwell (Maxwell, NM)

Next up, the Trojans play the Maxwell Bears (Maxwell, NM) in a A District 5 bout, on Thursday, February 16. Wagon Mound will attempt to upgrade on its 3-17 season record. The Bears go into the bout with a 20-4 record after their 72-56 league win over Des Moines (Des Moines, NM).
