Oregon High School Basketball - Cascade trounces North Marion

The Cascade Cougars (Turner, OR) basketball crushed the host North Marion Huskies (Aurora, OR), 64-37 in Monday's league test.
The Cougars (12-6) will now prepare for their test against Newport (Newport, OR). The Cubs go into the 4A Oregon West test with a 11-10 record. In their last test, Newport was trounced by Stayton (Stayton, OR), 55-35, in a league test.
The Huskies now own a 5-17 record. They play next when they travel to Sweet Home for a 4A Oregon West bout on Thursday, February 16. North Marion will clash with a Huskies squad coming off a 64-18 league loss to Philomath (Philomath, OR). The Huskies record now stands at 4-16.
