Michigan High School Basketball - Beal City can't hold off Pine River Area

The Beal City Aggies basketball team (Mt. Pleasant, MI), was nudged 51-50 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Pine River Area Bucks (Leroy, MI)

The Bucks now sport a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northern Michigan Christian for a Highland battle on Friday, February 16.

The Aggies (17-4) will now prepare for their battle against Montabella (Blanchard, MI). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 14-5 record. In their last battle, Montabella edged Merrill (Merrill, MI), 52-39, in a league battle.
