In Tuesday's league outing, the St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats (San Francisco, CA) basketball squad edged the visiting Serra Padres (San Mateo, CA), by a margin of 53-49.
The Wildcats (18-6) will now prepare for their outing against Branham (San Jose, CA). The Bruins go into the non-league outing with a 22-2 record. In their last outing, Branham held off Leigh (San Jose, CA), 68-50, in a league outing.
The Padres now own a 17-7 record. They play next when they host Sacred Heart Prep for a non-league outing on Friday, February 16. Serra will clash with a Gators squad coming off a 74-46 league win over Priory (Portola Valley, CA). The Gators record now stands at 20-4.
