The Wheaton/Herman-Norcross Warriors basketball team (Wheaton, MN), was overwhelmed 74-41 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Hancock Owls (Hancock, MN)
The Owls now possess a 22-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brandon/Evansville for a A Section 6 battle on Thursday, February 15. Hancock will confront a Chargers team coming off a 59-23 league win over Ashby (Ashby, MN). The Chargers record now stands at 16-5.
The Warriors (6-15) will now prepare for their battle against Rothsay (Rothsay, MN). The Tigers come into the A Section 6 battle with a 13-11 record. In their last battle, Rothsay was overwhelmed by Parkers Prairie (Parkers Prairie, MN), 66-57, in a league battle.
