The Southern Rams basketball team (Oakland, MD), was routed 83-45 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Fort Hill Sentinels (Cumberland, MD)
The Sentinels now sport a 18-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Washington for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 16. Fort Hill will battle a Patriots team coming off a 56-52 league loss to Musselman (Inwood, WV). The Patriots record now stands at 3-16.
The Rams (1-11) will now prepare for their battle against Mountain Ridge (Frostburg, MD). The Miners come into the Appalachian battle with a 9-11 record. In their last battle, Mountain Ridge was routed by Washington (Charles Town, WV), 66-56, in a non-league battle.
