Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Hillcrest Huskies (Midvale, UT) and the host Uintah Utes (Vernal, UT), saw Hillcrest's basketball squad knock off Uintah by a tally of 69-61.

With the victory, Hillcrest improves its record to 12-10 on the campaign. The Huskies host Cedar Valley (Eagle Mountain, UT) to play the Aviators in a 5A Region 7 challenge on Thursday, February 16. The Aviators come into the challenge with a record of 17-5. Cedar Valley won 75-42 in their recent league challenge against Stansbury (Stansbury Park, UT)

Next up, the Utes play the Cottonwood Colts (Salt Lake City, UT) in a 5A Region 7 challenge, on Thursday, February 16. Uintah will attempt to improve on its 11-9 season record. The Colts come into the challenge with a 21-1 record after their 57-56 league win over Tooele (Tooele, UT).
