Virginia High School Basketball - Indian River can't hold off Oscar Smith

The Oscar Smith Tigers basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Indian River Braves to 59 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Tigers now sport a 21-1 record.

The Braves (8-11) will now prepare for their contest against Veritas Collegiate Academy (Chesapeake, VA). The Spartans enter the Hampton Roads contest with a 16-4 record. In their last contest, Veritas Collegiate Academy nudged Bayside (Virginia Beach, VA), 76-71, in a non-league contest.
