Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Lincoln-Way West Warriors (New Lenox, IL) and the visiting Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL), saw Lincoln-Way West's basketball squad hold off Lincoln-Way Central by a tally of 47-44.

With the victory, Lincoln-Way West improves its record to 11-19 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Hinsdale South (Darien, IL) to confront the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 16. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 10-19. Hinsdale South won 70-64 in their recent league challenge against Willowbrook (Villa Park, IL)

Next up, the Knights confront the Thornridge Falcons (Dolton, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 17. Lincoln-Way Central will attempt to improve on its 10-18 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 6-21 record after their 85-50 league loss to Bloom (Chicago Heights, IL).
