Utah High School Basketball - Wasatch edges Spanish Fork

In Tuesday's league outing, the Wasatch Wasps (Heber City, UT) basketball squad nipped the host Spanish Fork Dons (Spanish Fork, UT), by a margin of 71-68.

The Wasps (5-17) will now prepare for their outing against Maple Mountain (Spanish Fork, UT). The Golden Eagles go into the 5A Region 9 outing with a 8-13 record. In their last outing, Maple Mountain got by Springville (Springville, UT), 61-47, in a league outing.

The Dons now own a 4-17 record. They play next when they travel to Salem Hills for a 5A Region 9 outing on Friday, February 17. Spanish Fork will encounter a Skyhawks squad coming off a 61-60 league win over Provo (Provo, UT). The Skyhawks record now stands at 14-8.
