Marriotts Ridge (Marriottsville, MD) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Glenelg Gladiators (Glenelg, MD), 50-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Marriotts Ridge upgrades its record to 9-12 on the season. The travel to Hammond (Columbia, MD) to clash with the Golden Bears in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 16. The Golden Bears go into the bout with a record of 14-4. Hammond won 60-49 in their recent league bout against Reservoir (Fulton, MD)
