Kansas High School Basketball - Triplains/Brewster knocked off by Western Plains/Healy

The Western Plains/Healy basketball team scored 44 points and held the visiting Triplains/Brewster Titans to 24 in the league triumph on Tuesday.

The now sport a 4-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Weskan for a Western Kansas Liberty contest on Friday, February 17. Western Plains/Healy will meet a Coyotes team coming off a 50-41 non-league loss to Greeley County (Tribune, KS). The Coyotes record now stands at 10-10.

The Titans (2-15) will now prepare for their contest against Wheatland-Grinnell (Grainfield, KS). The Thunderhawks enter the Western Kansas Liberty contest with a 9-10 record. In their last contest, Wheatland-Grinnell was outscored by Decatur Community (Oberlin, KS), 53-22, in a non-league contest.
