North Carolina High School Basketball - Hertford County routs Manteo

February 14, 2024: Ahoskie, NC 27910

In Wednesday's league outing, the Hertford County Bears (Ahoskie, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Manteo Redskins (Manteo, NC), by a margin of 75-45.

The Bears (15-8) will now prepare for their outing against Holmes (Edenton, NC). The Aces go into the 2A/3A Northeastern Coastal outing with a 9-12 record. In their last outing, Holmes was trounced by Camden County (Camden, NC), 65-49, in a league outing.

The Redskins now own a 5-14 record. They play next when they host Camden County for a 2A/3A Northeastern Coastal outing on Friday, February 16. Manteo will clash with a Bruins squad coming off a 65-49 league win over Holmes (Edenton, NC). The Bruins record now stands at 10-13.
