North Carolina High School Basketball - Hertford County overwhelms Manteo

February 20, 2024: Ahoskie, NC 27910

Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Hertford County Bears (Ahoskie, NC) and the visiting Manteo Redskins (Manteo, NC), saw Hertford County's basketball squad wallop Manteo by a count of 83-23.

With the victory, Hertford County upgrades its record to 17-8 on the campaign. The Bears host Currituck County (Barco, NC) to play the Knights in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, February 21. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 15-9. Currituck County won 63-49 in their recent non-league challenge against Camden County (Camden, NC)
