In Wednesday's league outing, the Kingsley Stags (Kingsley, MI) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Onekama Portagers (Onekama, MI), by a count of 63-32.

The Stags (13-5) will now prepare for their outing against Benzie Central (Benzonia, MI). The Huskies go into the Northwest outing with a 9-7 record. In their last outing, Benzie Central smashed Leland (Leland, MI), 47-22, in a league outing.

The Portagers now hold a 10-6 record. They play next when they travel to Buckley for a Northwest outing on Friday, February 16. Onekama will clash with a Bears squad coming off a 77-53 league loss to Glen Lake (Maple City, MI). The Bears record now stands at 6-12.
