The Carolina International Comets bounced the visiting Valor Preparatory Academy Owls basketball squad by a final score of 91-47 in Friday's league outing.

The Owls (7-18) will now prepare for their outing against Jackson Day (Charlotte, NC). The Mariners enter the 1A Metro 8 outing with a 6-17 record. In their last outing, Jackson Day routed Valor Preparatory Academy (Concord, NC), 73-69, in a league outing.
