With the victory, Navajo Prep upgrades its record to 18-6 on the year. The Eagles travel to Crownpoint (Crownpoint, NM) to face the Eagles in a 3A District 1 match on Wednesday, February 19. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 8-15. Crownpoint won 49-38 in their recent league match against Newcomb (Newcomb, NM)

The Bears now sport a 11-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tohatchi for a 3A District 1 match on Saturday, February 15. Wingate will face a Cougars squad coming off a 71-54 league win over Thoreau (Thoreau, NM). The Cougars record now stands at 21-2.
