Maryland High School Basketball - Gwynn Park routs Chesapeake Math & IT Academy South

In Friday's league contest, the host Gwynn Park Yellowjackets basketball team scored a big 69-17 win over the Chesapeake Math & IT Academy South Tigers.

The Yellowjackets (15-4) will now prepare for their contest against Douglass (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Eagles come into the Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A contest with a 14-6 record. In their last contest, Douglass smashed Surrattsville (Clinton, MD), 85-29, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the College Park Academy (Riverdale, MD) in a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A contest, on Saturday, February 15. Chesapeake Math & IT Academy South will attempt to better on its 7-6 season record.
