The Magnolia Panthers basketball team scored 67 points and limited the visiting Hope Bobcats to 47 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now have a 16-12 record. They play next when they travel to Camden Fairview for a 4A Region 7 game on Tuesday, February 18. Magnolia will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 49-20 league win over Hope (Hope, AR). The Cardinals record now stands at 14-8.

With the loss, Hope falls to 0-16 on the campaign. The Bobcats host De Queen (De Queen, AR) to confront the Leopards in a 4A Region 7 game on Tuesday, February 18. The Leopards go into the game with a record of 22-1. De Queen won 79-65 in their recent league game against Arkadelphia (Arkadelphia, AR)
