In Wednesday's league match, the host St. Andrew's Episcopal Lions basketball team scored a decisive 77-39 triumph over the St. James Saints.
In their next game, the Lions meet the Sidwell Friends Quakers (Washington, DC) in a Mid-Atlantic match, on Friday, February 17. St. Andrew's Episcopal will attempt to move on its 20-4 season record. The Quakers enter the match with a 20-4 record after their 58-40 league win over Maret (Washington, DC).
With the defeat, St. James moves to 2-17 on the year. The Saints travel to Flint Hill (Oakton, VA) to meet the Huskies in a non-league match on Friday, February 17. The Huskies enter the match with a record of 10-14. Flint Hill lost 76-57 in their recent league match against Potomac School (McLean, VA)
