The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Pocahontas County Warriors (Dunmore, WV) and the visiting Meadow Bridge Wildcats (Meadow Bridge, WV), observed Pocahontas County's basketball team overwhelm Meadow Bridge by a margin of 70-41.

The Warriors (4-11) will now prepare for their challenge against East Hardy (Baker, WV). The Cougars come into the Potomac Valley A challenge with a 11-5 record. In their last challenge, East Hardy trounced Tygarts Valley (Mill Creek, WV), 49-37, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Montcalm Generals (Montcalm, WV) in a Coalfield A challenge, on Tuesday, February 18. Meadow Bridge will attempt to better on its 2-16 season record. The Generals come into the challenge with a 11-5 record after their 53-37 non-league loss to Sherman (Seth, WV).
