The Pocahontas County Warriors (Dunmore, WV) basketball crushed the host Meadow Bridge Wildcats (Meadow Bridge, WV), 65-32 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Warriors now possess a 5-12 record. They play next when they travel to Greenbrier West for a non-league bout on Thursday, February 27. Pocahontas County will play a Cavaliers team coming off a 84-52 non-league loss to James Monroe (Lindside, WV). The Cavaliers record now stands at 6-13.
With the loss, Meadow Bridge falls to 2-18 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Mount View (Welch, WV) to play the Golden Knights in a Coalfield A bout on Thursday, February 27. The Golden Knights go into the bout with a record of 9-6. Mount View lost 62-44 in their recent non-league bout against Wyoming East (New Richmond, WV)
