In Saturday's non-league test, the Maple River Eagles (Mapleton, MN) basketball squad trounced the visiting Wyndmere/Lidgerwood Warbirds (Wyndmere, ND), by a score of 64-33.

Next, the Eagles encounter the Sargent County Bulldogs (Milnor, ND) in a non-league test, on Monday, February 17. Maple River will attempt to improve on its 20-20 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 15-7 record after their 50-38 league win over Oakes (Oakes, ND).

The Warbirds (15-8) will now prepare for their test against Richland (Colfax, ND). The Colts come into the B District 1 test with a 9-12 record. In their last test, Richland bounced Enderlin (Enderlin, ND), 48-28, in a league test.
