Georgia High School Basketball - Paulding County tipped by Alexander

In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Alexander Cougars basketball team scored a tight 72-67 triumph over the Paulding County Patriots.

In their next game, the Cougars meet the South Paulding Spartans (Douglasville, GA) in a AAAAAA Region 5 test, on Saturday, February 18. Alexander will attempt to advance on its 21-5 season record. The Spartans go into the test with a 21-6 record after their 57-52 non-league win over Langston Hughes (Fairburn, GA).
