Wyoming High School Basketball - Laramie topped by East

The Laramie Plainsmen basketball team (Laramie, WY), dropped 74-66 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting East Thunderbirds (Cheyenne, WY)

The Thunderbirds now sport a 20-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host South for a 4A Southeast battle on Friday, February 17. East will battle a Bison team coming off a 76-43 league loss to East (Cheyenne, WY). The Bison record now stands at 4-16.

The Plainsmen (9-11) will now prepare for their battle against Central (Cheyenne, WY). The Indians come into the 4A Southeast battle with a 14-7 record. In their last battle, Central prevailed over Campbell County (Gillette, WY), 75-56, in a non-league battle.
