Wyoming High School Basketball - Laramie succumbs to East

March 3, 2023: Cheyenne, WY 82001

The East Thunderbirds topped the visiting Laramie Plainsmen basketball team by a final score of 56-41 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Thunderbirds face the Thunder Basin Bolts (Gillette, WY) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 4. East will attempt to move on its 23-3 season record. The Bolts enter the game with a 13-9 record after their 47-36 non-league win over Natrona County (Casper, WY).

With the defeat, Laramie moves to 11-13 on the year. The Plainsmen host Central (Cheyenne, WY) to face the Indians in a non-league game on Saturday, March 4. The Indians enter the game with a record of 16-8. Central won 64-48 in their recent non-league game against South (Cheyenne, WY)
