In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Houghton Gremlins basketball team scored a decisive 68-42 triumph over the Marquette Redmen.
In their next game, the Gremlins meet the Hancock Bulldogs (Hancock, MI) in a Western Peninsula match, on Monday, February 20. Houghton will attempt to better on its 16-4 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 16-1 record after their 50-48 league win over Lake Linden-Hubbell (Lake Linden, MI).
