Louisiana High School Basketball - St. Edmund crushes Slaughter Community Charter

St. Edmund Fighting Blue Jays (Eunice, LA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Slaughter Community Charter Knights (Slaughter, LA), 48-16 in a non-league bout.
With the win, St. Edmund upgrades its record to 15-5 on the season. The Fighting Blue Jays travel to Ouachita Christian (Monroe, LA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, February 20. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 19-2. Ouachita Christian won 42-15 in their recent league bout against Lincoln Prep (Grambling, LA)
