The Jonathan Alder Pioneers basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Urbana Hillclimbers to 52 in the Pioneers league triumph on Friday.

The Pioneers now sport a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Olentangy for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 22. Jonathan Alder will meet a Braves team coming off a 54-44 league win over Marysville (Marysville, OH). The Braves record now stands at 12-8.

The Hillclimbers (12-9) will now prepare for their contest against Triad (North Lewisburg, OH). The Cardinals enter the non-league contest with a 5-16 record. In their last contest, Triad ran past Greenon (Springfield, OH), 64-61, in a league contest.
