Wisconsin High School Basketball - Reedsburg can't hold off McFarland

The McFarland Spartans basketball team scored 64 points and held the host Reedsburg Beavers to 58 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Friday.
The Spartans now sport a 7-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Columbus for a non-league contest on Monday, February 19. McFarland will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 52-46 league loss to Lakeside Lutheran (Lake Mills, WI). The Cardinals record now stands at 13-10.
The Beavers (7-16) will now prepare for their contest against Mount Horeb (Mount Horeb, WI). The Vikings enter the Badger - Small contest with a 19-5 record. In their last contest, Mount Horeb nudged Portage (Portage, WI), 76-48, in a league contest.
