Virginia High School Basketball - Midlothian topped by L.C. Bird

The L.C. Bird Skyhawks basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the visiting Midlothian Trojans to 34 in the Skyhawks non-league victory on Friday.

The Skyhawks now sport a 17-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to James River Midlothian for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 20. L.C. Bird will battle a Rapids team coming off a 76-33 non-league win over Matoaca (Chesterfield, VA). The Rapids record now stands at 20-3.
