In Friday's non-league match, the visiting North Tahoe Lakers basketball team scored a good 47-29 triumph over the Yerington Lions.
In their next game, the Lakers meet the Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 18. North Tahoe will attempt to move on its 19-4 season record. The Mustangs enter the match with a 18-6 record after their 51-36 non-league win over West Wendover (West Wendover, NV).
With the defeat, Yerington moves to 11-13 on the year.
