California High School Basketball - Yerington knocked off by North Tahoe

The North Tahoe Lakers basketball team scored 34 points and held the visiting Yerington Lions to 17 in the Lakers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Lakers now sport a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Silver Stage for a 2A Northern contest on Friday, February 10. North Tahoe will meet a Nighthawks team coming off a 30-24 league loss to Coral Academy of Science - Reno (Reno, NV). The Nighthawks record now stands at 1-14.
The Lions (9-12) will now prepare for their contest against Incline (Incline Village, NV). The Highlanders enter the 2A Northern contest with a 3-13 record. In their last contest, Incline was outscored by Battle Mountain (Battle Mountain, NV), 47-23, in a league contest.
