Rockford Rams (Rockford, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting West Ottawa Panthers (Holland, MI), 52-30 in a league bout.

With the win, Rockford upgrades its record to 18-1 on the season. The Rams host Haslett (Haslett, MI) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 18. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 20-0. Haslett won 49-24 in their recent league bout against St. Johns (St. Johns, MI)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the East Kentwood Falcons (Kentwood, MI) in a Ottawa-Kent - Red bout, on Tuesday, February 21. West Ottawa will attempt to upgrade on its 13-6 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 14-5 record after their 59-54 league win over Caledonia (Caledonia, MI).
